At Sacred Heart Women’s Hospital, we understand that every mother is different, every childbirth experience unique, and every child a miracle. That’s why you can expect the ability to tailor your childbirth experience to meet your own unique needs and wishes.
Want an epidural? You’ve got it.
Want to walk during early labor? Not a problem.
We want to make sure that your childbirth experience is everything you expected and more. For your comfort and convenience, we’ve created a list of childbirth options for you to complete prior to delivery.
Just fill out this form and review with your physician before arriving at the hospital. Once you arrive, give one copy to your doctor and one copy to your nurse.
Is there something that you’d like to request but you don’t see it on the form? Please let us know by email or phone three weeks prior to your expected delivery date, and we will try to accommodate your request.
