At The Children's Hospital at Sacred Heart, we have a 12-bed area designated for children in an area separate from our adult ER. We are proud to serve as the region’s only treatment facility for pediatric trauma, with specially trained transport teams for bringing critically ill patients to Children's Hospital from areas outside Pensacola. In fact, we are designated by the state as Northwest Florida's only Pediatric Trauma Referral Center.
Sacred Heart Health System offers InQuicker, a convenient, online service for scheduling a visit to our hospital Emergency Departments and at our Urgent Care Center. This free, easy-to-use service allows you to choose your designated treatment time online and then wait in the comfort of your own home rather than a crowded waiting room. Once you arrive at your designated time, you will be promptly seen by a healthcare professional.
