Dr. Watkins earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed residency training in internal medicine at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, La. Dr. Watkins completed advanced fellowship training in medical oncology and hematology at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City.
Medical Interests
Dr. Watkins has special interests in melanoma, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer and general medical oncology and hematology.

In his free time, Dr. Watkins enjoys spending time with his wife, Christine, and his growing family.He also enjoys golf, tennis, gardening and skiing.
