Infant/Child CPR Course
Classes are held Monday and Thursday nights from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Fee is $22 per person. Call 416-7264.

Prepared Childbirth Series
This program meets once a week for six weeks to help better prepare you and your partner to be active participants in your baby's birth. You will learn techniques, exercises and comfort measures that will be helpful during labor. Other topics include stages of labor and delivery, hospital procedures and use of medications. Childbirth Refresher
This class has been specially-designed as an update and review for the couple who has attended a complete Lamaze series within the last three years. Call 416-7000. Course offered by Sacred Heart Women's Hospital.
Newborn Parenting
This two-part series describes important aspects of caring for your baby, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and how to soothe a fussy baby. Other topics covered include safety concerns and caring for a sick baby. Call 416-7000. Course offered by Sacred Heart Women's Hospital.
Breastfeeding Support Team
The Breastfeeding Support Team includes a two-hour class, telephone information line, and two certified lactation consultants who are members of our staff. Each of the elements of the program assists you in learning to nurse your baby. Call 416-7000. Course offered by Sacred Heart Women's Hospital.
Mommy & Me
This is a postpartum support group for mothers and their babies. Meetings are held at Sacred Heart Hospital’s Greenhut Auditorium on the first and third Tuesdays of each month from 10a.m. to 12 p.m. Contact: Joan Kirby, RN 416-8099
My Family's Growing
This sibling preparation class helps prepare expectant parents and children ages 3 through 10 for the new baby in their household. Children practice holding, feeding and diapering dolls, and take a trip to the nursery and a postpartum hospital room. The class is held on the third Saturday of each month. Grandparents Open House
Held on Sunday afternoons every three months, this program invites grandparents-to-be to Sacred Heart Women's Hospital for a personal tour. The program also discusses current trends in birth and car seat safety. Call 416-7000. Course offered by Sacred Heart Women's Hospital.
CPR for Family and Friends
This course teaches skills in infant and child CPR and first aid for a child who is choking. It includes a safety lecture and video that presents information on the prevention of sudden infant death syndrome and the most common fatal injuries in infants and children. Pensacola Parents of Multiples
Pensacola Parents of Multiples meet the first Thursday of each month (except July) at SHH Main Entrance Conference Center at 7 p.m. If you are expecting or already blessed with multiples, you are encouraged to get free, helpful information. Children With Attention Deficit Disorders (CHADD) Support Group

Babysitter Class This class is open to youth from ages 11-15 for $30.00 (lunch is not provided). All participants receive an American Heart Association Family & Friends CPR Card, plus a Sacred Heart Hospital Babysitting Certificate.
Class will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Greenhut Auditorium at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola on the following dates:
