Billing and Insurance
 As you may already know, the medical insurance industry is changing rapidly with many new plans, requirements and restrictions. We will work hard to comply with the requirements of your insurance plan. To maximize your benefit, please bring:
- Your current insurance card at each office visit
- Your insurance booklet, if you are unsure of the details of your coverage.
- The preauthorization number from your primary care physician, if needed, to comply with your current policy.
