Community Health Needs Assessment
A Comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) provides the general public and policy leaders with data and information on the health status of the population and existing resources to address health issues. The following documents summarize the 2013 CHNA study conducted in collaboration with the Florida Department of Health-Gulf County and the plans for Sacred Heart Hospital on the Gulf to sustain and develop new community benefit programs that address prioritized needs from the study.
