Volunteer
The 15th annual Krewe of Les Petits Enfants (Order of the Small Children) Mardi Gras Mall Ball, presented by Wendy’s and hosted by Sacred Heart Foundation and Cordova Mall, will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2010.
Les Petits Enfants is dedicated to supporting the care of sick and injured children at Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital. All proceeds will be contributed to Sacred Heart Children's Hospital, helping to ensure that top quality health care remains available for all the children in our community.
Thanks to the generosity and support of the many merchants in Cordova Mall, the Mall will close early on January 30 to accommodate this event, and within a few hours, the Mall will be transformed into a glittering party hall featuring great bands, food, a fantastic silent auction, and cash bars located throughout the Mall.
As in previous years, the success of this event comes from the many volunteers who give their time to help make Mall Ball a spectacular event. Volunteers are needed in all capacities including setting up and assisting the restaurants, bands, and silent auction committee.
The different stations we will need to cover include:
- Registration Desk at Entrance
- Bar Assistants
- Drink Ticket Sales
- Silent Auction
- Wing Crews
- Restaurant Assistants
You must be 21 or older to participate (no exceptions). All volunteers will be asked to arrive at 5:30 to assist in setting up, and stay until midnight when the Ball is over.
Specific jobs are first-come- first-choice, so get your registration in early! It’s a great way to support Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital!
