Occupational Health Services
Sacred Heart’s Occupational Health program has a variety of business and occupational health services to meet all of your company’s needs through Sacred Heart Urgent Care and Sacred Heart Occupational Rehabilitation.
Our services at Sacred Heart Urgent Care include:
Drug and Alcohol Screenings
Sacred Heart Urgent Care is fully staffed to provide your employees with drug and alcohol screenings from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, without an appointment. Our Drug Screen and Breath Alcohol Technicians are fully trained and DOT certified.
Employee Physicals
Sacred Heart’s staff of seven physicians is available Monday through Friday for appointments for audio/pulmonary function testing and complex physicals. Our facility houses an on-site blood-draw for testing purposes, as well as a calibrated hearing booth for hearing conservation testing. All hearing testing is performed by CAOCH certified nurses, and all pulmonary function testing is performed by NIOSH trained nurses.
Work Injury Treatment
Sacred Heart’s Urgent Care Clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week, including limited hours on holidays, for walk-in treatment and for work injury treatment. Our facilities include an onsite X-ray room within the clinic, an onsite laboratory, and a staff of seven experienced physicians.

Return to Function Rehabilitation
At Sacred Heart, our priority is returning your employees to work as soon as possible and to ensure that they are able to perform the jobs that they were doing before they were injured. Our comprehensive return to function program features a unique rehabilitation program that is specially-tailored to each individual patient. Our program includes:
- Physical, Occupational and Aquatic Therapies
- Job-Specific Work Hardening
- Work/Physical Reconditioning
- Performance Testing Laboratory
- Work Capacity Assessment
- Activities of Daily Living Capacity Evaluations
- Upper Extremity Capacity Evaluation

Work Place Consultation
Our Occupational Health team is available for work place consultations, by appointment, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. These services include:
- Ergonomic Consultations
- Job Analysis
- Pre-Work Screenings/Essential Functions Testing
- Re-Employability Assessments
