Applicant Requirements

Prospective candidates must hold or anticipate graduation with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, acquire licensure in the state of Florida, and be committed to fulfilling all the requirements of the program. Application to the program includes a completed application, letter of intent, curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation, and pharmacy school transcripts. An on-site interview will be expected, along with a 20-minute presentation to the pharmacy staff on a clinical topic. We do participate in the National Matching Service program through ASHP.
