Sacred Heart to Host Women and Heart Health Symposium
Caring for your heart doesn’t have to be boring! It’s time to celebrate Women’s Heart Health Month with two of your heart’s best friends – wine and dark chocolate!
Sacred Heart Women’s Hospital will host a free Women & Heart Health Symposium on Monday, February 11, at the Sacred Heart Greenhut Auditorium from 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
This fun-filled event will feature a variety of small talks and demonstrations to help women keep their hearts healthy, including:
“How to Pick the Perfect Red Wine” – presented by the Fish House
“Chocolate Lovers Unite! The Joys of Chocolate” – presented by Susan Campbell, owner of Susan Campbell Jewelry and Fine Chocolates
“Heart Healthy Foods” – presented by Dr. Anthony Huyhn, a bariatrician with Sacred Heart Medical Group
“Women and Heart Disease – Treatment and Prevention” – presented by Dr. Steven Eilen, a cardiologist with Cardiology Consultants.
And more!
In addition, attendees will be treated to a free red wine sampling, a dark chocolate buffet, and great door prizes.
