Nemours Children's Clinic to Hold Teddy Bear Clinic During WXBM Radiothon
Does your child have an "injured" teddy bear or other stuffed animal in need of medical attention?
Nemours Children's Clinic welcomes children of all ages to bring their torn, ripped and loved-worn furry friends to the Teddy Bear Clinic on March 5 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the lobby of Sacred Heart Children's Hospital, 5151 N. Ninth Ave. in Pensacola. These full "medical check-ups" will help kick-off the 10th Anniversary Your Country 102.7 WXBM Radiothon, benefit Sacred Heart Children's Hospital.
Nemours staff members will mend your child's "injured" loved one in efforts to help them become more comfortable with the hospital environment.
"We're very proud to once again partner with the professionals at Nemours to provide our community with the most comprehensive pediatric healthcare program in the region, as well as to provide fun ways to educate children on the importance of good health care," said Dr Henry Roberts, president of Sacred Heart Foundation.
