Sacred Heart Hospital's SENIORSpirit! program will present a free seminar entitled "Healthy Living: Diet, Nutrition, & Exercise for Seniors 101" on Wednesday, Sept. 17, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the Dudley Greenhut Auditorium on Sacred Heart's main campus.
The seminar will be presented by Beverly Springer, a registered dietitian and clinical nutrition manager for Sacred Heart Health System, and Kyle Forbes, wellness coordinator at Sacred Heart's Health Performance Center. The seminar will discuss ways seniors can live a healthier life by making simple lifestyle changes.

Sacred Heart SENIORSpirit! is a free program for persons 55 and older.
