PENSACOLA, Fla. - Dr. James Watkins, a medical oncologist, has joined the Sacred Heart Medical Oncology Group in Pensacola.
Dr. Watkins earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed residency training in internal medicine at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, La. Dr. Watkins completed advanced fellowship training in medical oncology and hematology at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City. He has special interests in melanoma, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer and general medical oncology and hematology.
Dr. Watkins is currently accepting new patients at the Sacred Heart Medical Oncology Group office located at the Sacred Heart Cancer Center on 9th Avenue. He will join the practice of Drs.
