Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola will offer its "Freedom From Smoking" program starting Oct. 6 and Oct. 7 to help with the physical, psychological, and habitual components of nicotine addiction.
Participants can choose day or evening sessions for the seven-week course.
Classes will be held:
- Tuesdays from 6 to 8 p.m. starting Oct. 6
- Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. starting Oct.
All classes will be held at Sacred Heart Hospital and will cost $75 per person. A limited number of scholarships also are available for the entire program.
