Caring for your heart doesn't have to be boring! It's time to celebrate Women's Heart Health Month with red wine, dark chocolate, and some heart-healthy information.

Sacred Heart Women's Hospital will host a free Women & Heart Health Symposium on Thursday, Feb. 25, at the Sacred Heart Greenhut Auditorium from 6p.m. - 8 p.m.

This fun-filled event will feature a variety of small talks to help women keep their hearts healthy, including:

• "Choosing Healthy Fast Foods - presented by Sid Scarborough, Sacred Heart Health System
   
•  "Diagnosing & and Preventing Heart Disease" - presented by Dr. Steven Eilen, a cardiologist with Cardiology Consultants.
   
• "Women and Sudden Cardiac Death" - presented by Dr. Afolabi Sangosanya, a cardiologist with Cardiology Consultants.
   

In addition, attendees will be treated to a free red wine sampling, a dark chocolate buffet, and great door prizes.
