The Studer Family Children's Hospital at Sacred Heart in beautiful Pensacola, FL is currently seeking BC/BE Pediatricians to support the Pediatric Hospitalist Program.  To serve our expanding program, we recently added two Pediatric Hospitalist to our group and now looking for another for a total of eight (8).

Sacred Heart has a great reputation within the community among the patients as well as local pediatricians.

The Pediatric Hospitalist program has huge growth potential and the addition of the 8th Pediatric Hospitalist will provide better work/life balance for all.  This position is employed through University of Florida but is based at The Studer Family Children's Hospital in Pensacola.

Sacred Heart Hospital celebrated over 100 years of service and has been providing obstetric and pediatric services since 1969. In ongoing commitment to excellence in these roles, the hospital moved into a new facility in 1996 which currently includes a dedicated pediatric emergency department, level III NICU, 40 bed inpatient pediatric ward, and a 10 bed PICU. The hospital name has been changed to Children's Hospital at Sacred Heart to properly reflect our prioritization of children in preparation for planned major expansion of pediatric facilities. A full cadre of ancillary services is available including well-trained pediatric nurses, respiratory therapists, nurse educators, child life, and pediatric PharmD. Complete secretarial, information systems, and business office support is also provided through Sacred Heart Medical Group.

Pensacola is renowned for crystal-clear water, sugar-white sand beaches and Southern hospitality. With an incorporated area population of over 400,000, Pensacola offers a sense of community not found in large metropolitan areas yet supports an excellent array of shopping, recreational, and cultural opportunities.
