Terry Neill, MD Neurologist

Medical Education
Dr. Neill is board-certified in neurology, vascular neurology and neurocritical care. Dr. Neill earned his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency training in Neurology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Department of Neurology, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Neill also completed two years of fellowship training in stroke and neurocritical care at the University of California - San Francisco.
Medical Experience
Dr. Neill serves as medical director of the Sacred Heart Regional Stroke Center with expertise in the diagnoses, treatment and prevention of stroke. He also serves as the medical director of Neurocritical care at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola. Dr. Neill responds to trauma cases involving head and spinal injury, as well as treating patients with emergent neurological issues. He is one of the few physicians in the Southeast with this type of training.
Medical Interests
Dr. Neill has special interest in neurocritical care including stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage and traumatic brain injury.
