Patient Satisfaction Survey
In addition, you may also be randomly selected to receive a Press-Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey in the mail. This survey tool helps us to continuously improve the care our patients receive and ensures that they receive very good care at all times. If you feel that we did not provide very good care, please indicate on your survey what we can do in order to improve that service.
