Adult Volunteer Program Sacred Heart Hospital - Pensacola
Individuals over the age of 18 may apply to our Adult Volunteer program. There are two adult categories:
Mother Seton Guild founded in 1949, this group of volunteers consists primarily of those who intend to volunteer for a period of 6 months or longer. Members of the Guild enjoy two luncheons each year and are recognized for hours and years of service.
Friends of Hospital Volunteers this group of volunteers consists of college students and military or civic organizations who intend to volunteer for a short term or a defined number of hours.
Due to the time and cost associated with orientation and record maintenance, we recommend the minimum service of four (4) hours per week, but many choose to do much more than that. Schedules are flexible depending on volunteer assignment.
